halloween

 

Well we are all still suffering from a sugar overdose, but aside from too much candy, Halloween was great! We started last Monday by carving some pumpkins with the Watson’s.

I was debating back and forth between dressing Rye up as Cinderella or a witch. She had both costumes, thanks to Grandma Lori. I put both dresses in front of her and had her pick one and the witch was the winner! I found a second hand monkey costume for Brix, which worked out great.

 

 

i sat them down to get some pictures and all Brix wanted to do was eat Rye’s skirt ha. she wasn’t real impressed : )

Roger was talking to Ryenn on the phone earlier in the week and asked her if she was going to get candy on Halloween. Her response was “candy and money!” Haha, I’m not sure where she got that idea. Who’s kid is this anyway? It was pretty funny though. We practiced saying “trick-or-treat” and Cody took her out to a few friends’ houses around town while I stayed home to hand out candy, then we all got in the vehicle and went out to see Cody’s grandparents on the ranch. It was a good night and Rye had lots of fun! She loves treats so I think she felt like she hit the jack pot!
