 I am going to start off this post by appologizing for my lack of postings lately. I think about it quite often, but then realize not much has happened since my last post. Yes, that is how boring my life is! Well maybe not boring, because I love my life with Ryenn, but very uneventful! So I've decided that since about 98% of my memory card is filled with photos of my cute little girl that, if it's alright with you all, she will be my main blogging subject. Good thing she is so fun and cute!

So part of the other 2% of my memory card is occupied with pictures of some of the fun treats I've made lately. Super Bowl treats to be more specific.

 I made this cake last weekend as a practice cake for Kami and Mark's wedding cake. No, it won't look anything like this cake does, but I was trying a few new recipes and couldn't resist making it into something fun and festive. So here is the Steelers-Packers Super Bowl cake. It was pretty yummy too : )

These are an idea I found on Bakerella. Oreo cookies crushed up and mixed with cream cheese then dipped in chocolate. They were yummy too. And thank goodness they tasted better than they looked ; )

We had a few friends over to watch the game and enjoyed lots of other yummy treats too!
